Petr Havlicek and NUTREND go hand in hand with that too.
„I prepared special diet for Nikola right after her come back to the Czech Republic. We changed it with regards to her state since her energy release and training load is not that big as before injury. It was important to pay even more attention to Nikola´s joints nutrition. Great help and support are in this case two products from NUTREND company - FLEXIT DRINK and FLEXIT LIQUID,“ claimed Petr Havlicek who takes care of nutrition of many professional athletes and sportsmen of the Czech Republic.
And how does a common day of Nikola Sudova look like?
„I am in Vittore Centre regularly to obtain proper recovery. We exercise together with my physiotherapists – I ride a special bicycle where I can compare load of one leg with the load of the other leg. I must watch and be careful about right and balanced usage of both legs. I must use injured leg slightly but cannot rely only on my healthy leg. I also concentrate on strengthening my upper body parts and abdominal muscles,” describes her recovery Nikola Sudova.
Supported by her trainer, physiotherapists, doctors and specially prepared nutrition plan where dominates joints nutrition, Nikola believes that she will be able to get back on the hill quite soon. Joints nutrition from NUTREND with complex composition contains all necessary substances and collagen protein important for Nikola and other sportsmen who have problems with joints when training or competing.
„I strongly believe that I will leave for the Olympic Games on 4th February together with the rest of our Olympic team. I am happy that I am doing very well so far, but the following days and training will be very important and show a lot. On the basis of trainings and my ability to recover I will decide if I go for the Olympic Games or not,“ explains Nikola Sudova.
Three physiotherapists look after Nikola and her condition and are trying to do their best - Anna Horakova, Iva Rupperova a Pavel Kolar. They all accompany her at all competitions and training camps. Medical control and supervision is guaranteed by Vladislav Hospodar and his professional team. Trainer Radek Herot who prepares Nikola for the Olympic Games has the one and only goal – get Nikola on skis and support her during her first training.
