Characteristics of effective substances:

The basic component of Carniform is L-Carnitine. This effective substance acts in human body as the transponder of fatty acids into mitochondria, the location of their burning (transformation into energy). The increased income of this substance into organism supports the creation of energy from fatty tissue. Simultaneously it influences the level of cholesterol positively, improves  neuron-muscle activity and increases the ability of regeneration.
Together with L-Carnitine amino acid L-arginine takes part in fats metabolism control. It helps to use fats as energetic resources and helps simultaneously to keep positive ration of fatty and muscle tissues. L-Arginine also helps to eliminate metabolic after-training waste products – it speeds up regeneration. Increased usage of fats is made also by the presence of  choline, which takes part in processes increasing the level of energy for muscle activity. To invoke immediate stimulation of physical performance the substance of caffeine is added. Caffeine participates in the stimulation of energetic metabolic processes. To stimulate and speed up metabolism the extract of Citrus Aurantium is added. It  contains adrenergic substance - synefrine, which together with caffeine helps to increase metabolic turnover and to increase the production of heat energy  (thermo genesis), both of  them increases the exploitation of the energy from fats.
For the correct functionality of organism a mixture of vitamins, which also helps to regenerate when physical performance is over.

Recommended dosing:

• Use one phial about 30 - 45 minutes before physical activity.
• Do not use in case you are hungry and if you had a minimum income of food during the day!
• If the physical activity is longer than 90 minutes it is possible to divide the portion into two and use the second half approximately in the middle of the activity.
• Maximum daily portion: 1 x phial 25 ml during 24 hours.
• Do not exceed recommended dosing.

Usage:

• Serve as diluted content of bottle in a small volume of cold – preferable sporting beverage (for example from the Reg-ge  series).
• Milky beverages are not suitable for the preparation.
• Do not mix with alcohol.
• The package has to be consumed within 24 hours after opening.
• Shake before usage! Any sediment is a natural characteristics of the product and it is not an imperfection.

Intended for special nutrition. It contains a source of phenylalanine. It is not suitable for people suffering from phenylketonuria.
