Improved absorption of magnesium

is ensured by its chelate and organic form such as magnesium citrate. Inorganic forms, such as magnesium oxide, magnesium carbonate, or magnesium sulphate, have worse absorption and therefore lower efficiency.

Recomended dosage

In case of training for a long-lasting physical performance, use before bedtime 2–3 days before the expected performance. Carry with you during long-lasting or challenging performance and use if needed. Maximum 1 shot (60 ml) per day. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
