For a small baking tray (approx. 8 pieces) you will need:
Choose really ripe bananas, even slightly overripe. Mash them thoroughly in a bowl using a fork. Add 2 eggs, 60 g of melted dark chocolate, one tablespoon of cocoa powder, and Protein Pancake.
If you’d like to make it extra special, we recommend adding a tablespoon of your favorite nut butter!
Mix the batter well and pour it into a smaller baking tray lined with parchment paper. Bake in a fan-assisted oven at 180°C (350°F) for approximately 10–15 minutes, depending on how fudgy you like your brownies.
While still warm, spread the remaining melted chocolate on top and decorate as desired.
