Fitness Brownies

It’s hard to resist this chocolate temptation! We’ve tested a healthier version for you – packed with protein, with no added sugar or flour, and made from just a few simple ingredients. The result? Absolutely perfect!

Fitness Brownies

For a small baking tray (approx. 8 pieces) you will need:

  • 50 g Protein Pancake
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 1 bar (min. 70%) dark chocolate

Choose really ripe bananas, even slightly overripe. Mash them thoroughly in a bowl using a fork. Add 2 eggs, 60 g of melted dark chocolate, one tablespoon of cocoa powder, and Protein Pancake.

If you’d like to make it extra special, we recommend adding a tablespoon of your favorite nut butter!

Mix the batter well and pour it into a smaller baking tray lined with parchment paper. Bake in a fan-assisted oven at 180°C (350°F) for approximately 10–15 minutes, depending on how fudgy you like your brownies.

While still warm, spread the remaining melted chocolate on top and decorate as desired.

Nutrition per 1 brownie: 132 kcal, 6 g protein, 11 g carbohydrates, 7 g fat.
