If the recommended dilution ratio of 25 g/200 ml is used, the beverage is sugar-free and low in lactose (<1 g/100 ml of the drink).

Recommended dosage

Mix a serving of 25 g with 200 ml of water. Consume 1–2 portions daily in between meals, depending on your need for protein supplementation. Maximum 2 servings a day. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.

Use (disposable sachet)

25 g = one serving. Mix in a shaker, according to the recommended dosage. The product is intended for immediate consumption after opening.

Use (sachet, container)

25 g = ca. 1 and 2/3 scoop. Mix in a shaker, according to the recommended dosage. After opening, store at a temperature up to 25 °C and consume withing 4 months.
