Recommended dosage

During the intense physical activity: sip regularly about 100–150 ml every 10–15 minutes. You can start sipping 30 minutes before the activity.

Use

Once opened, store at the temperature that does not exceed 25 ºC and use within 24 hours. The possible sediment should not be deemed a fault. Shake before use.
