Jakub has been an individual sports enthusiast since he was a child. When he was 14 years old, he discovered the world of dumbbells, which he fell in love with and gradually worked his way up to the title of Junior World Champion in classic bodybuilding.

Among his goals, besides competing, was (and still is) to spread the interest of the younger generation in achieving sporting results without the use of doping substances. Over the past few years, Jakub has participated in many seminars to educate about proper training and nutrition, including several Nutrend roadshow events.
