ISOtonic drink is intended for activities with very high intensity and a relatively short duration (approximately up to 60 minutes). HYPOtonic drink should be consumed during longer activities (over 60 minutes) and lower-intensity activities, at a rate of 100 ml every 10 minutes.

The mineral blend is combined with simple sugars (glucose, sucrose) and complex carbohydrates (maltodextrin), ensuring a supply of both “quick” and “gradual” energy. When consumed in the recommended amounts, the drink is suitable for everyone for the everyday replenishment of fluids and essential minerals. Consume the HYPOtonic drink during exercise to hydrate the body. Consume the ISOtonic drink during exercise to replenish energy and lost minerals. It can also be used before a race to build up carbohydrate and mineral reserves.

Recommended dosage

• Dilution ratio for ISOtonic drink is 35 g into 500 ml of water.
• Dilution ratio for HYPOtonic drink is 35 g into 750 ml of water.

Use

Slightly heaped scoop = approx. 35 g. According to the recommended dosage, mix in the water. Use pure water for preparation; do not use mineral water. Once opened, store at a temperature that does not exceed 25 ° C and use within 2 months. Shake the box (sachet) before use.
