Recommended dosage

Mix a serving 12,5 g (approx. ½ of measuring scoop) into 300 ml of water and drink during the physical activity. A maximum daily dose is 12,5 g. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. Once opened, store at a temperature that does not exceed 25 °C and use within 3 months.
