If the recommended dilution ratio (10 g/150 ml; 20 g/300 ml) is applied, the drink is sugar-free (<0,5 g/100 ml of drink).

Recommended dosage

Up to 75 kg bodyweight and for sensitive athletes mix a dose of 10 g with 150 ml of water. Over 75 kg bodyweight or for highly advanced performance mix a dose of 20 g with 300 ml of water. Consume 15 minutes before workout. Maximum daily dose is 20 g. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.

Use

1/3 measuring scoop = ca. 10 g. 2/3 measuring scoop = ca. 20 g. Mix the recommended dose with water. Once opened, keep in temperature not exceeding 25°C and consume within 3 months.

Warning

Food supplement, with sweeteners. Contains caffeine (230 mg/20 g/ 125 mg/10 g) – not suitable for children and pregnant or nursing women. Due to high concentration of the efficient substances, undissolved particles can be seen in the beverage. It is natural for this product and should not be deemed fault. The tingling sensation is a common reaction!
