Mix a dose of 3 g (approx. ½ scoop) with 100–200 ml of water or other drink. Maximum 1 dose per day, 30 minutes before workout. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. After opening, store at temperature not exceeding 25 °C and consume within 6 months.
