Taurine is an organic compound which occurs naturally, mainly in animal protein (meat and fish). Certain dietary regimes or excessive physical activity may lead to its deficiency in the body. Taurine supplementation in cases like this will help to optimize the overall condition of the body during fatigue and exhaustion.

Use 1–2 capsules approx. 30 minutes before workout. 1–2 capsules may be used after the workout. Maximum daily dose is 2 capsules. Take with enough water. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. After opening, store at temperature not exceeding 25 °C and consume within 3 months.
Food supplement. Does not replace varied diet. Not intended for children, pregnant or nursing women. Keep out of reach of children! Keep away from heat, frost and humidity.
