Recommended dosage

Mix 10 g of the mixture with 300–400 ml of water 15 minutes before the physical performance or immediately after the workout. Possible to drink even during the physical performance. The maximum daily dose is 10 g. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.

Use

½ of the measuring scoop = approx. 10 g. Mix the recommended dose well with water. Once opened, store at a temperature that does not exceed 25 °C and use within 3 months.
