Ashwagandha is used to

enhance energy, vitality, stamina, and mental well-being. The plant withania somnifera is a small bush with yellow flowers and it is one of the most powerful plants in Ayurveda that it sometimes also called “the Indian ginseng”.

Bacopa monnieri

is used for mental well-being optimalization, and support of correct cognitive functions and concentration. It is a fine clambering plant that is popular in traditional Indian or Ayurvedic medicine. It is typically called Brahmi, meaning cosmic knowledge.

Recommended dosage

Mix a dose of 15 g (1/2 scoop) with 250 ml of water. Drink ca. 30 minutes before strength character physical activity. During endurance activities, it is neccessary to supply this product with carbohydrates and increased liquids intake (e.g. ISODRINX). Maximum daily dose is 15 g. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. Once opened, keep in temperature not exceeding 25 °C and consume within 3 months.
