Use 30 ml 15 minutes before physical performance. Maximum daily dose is 30 ml. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. Intended for direct consumption or dilution with water. Shake before use! Possible slight sediment should not be deemed a fault. After opening, store at temperature not exceeding 10 ºC and consume within 2 months.
