Recommended dosage: drink approximately 100-150 ml regularly every 10-15 minutes during intense physical exercise. You can start to drink 30 minutes before activity.
Use: Once opened, store at the temperature that does not exceed 25 ºC and use within 24 hours. The possible sediment should not be deemed a fault. Shake before use!
