At the recommended dilution (12 g/350 ml), the drink is sugar-free (< 0,5 g/100 ml beverage).

Recommended dosage

Mix 12 g (approx. 1/3 scoop) in 350 ml of water and consume after one minute. Drink a maximum of once a day before training. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. After mixing, undissolved particles are noticeable in the drink, which is a natural property of the product.

Dietary supplement, with sweetener. Does not replace a varied diet. Not intended for children, pregnant or nursing women. Do not use on an empty stomach. Consumption with other products containing green tea should not exceed 800 mg EGCG a day. Keep out of reach of children.
